Verification: why it always turns up at the worst moment
Documents can be asked for at any time, and a withdrawal is conditional on a verified identity. Since almost nobody sends anything before winning, the review becomes the most common explanation for a slow first withdrawal — and it is the one part of the process you can get ahead of on your own.
What the contract allows
Clause 4.9 of the terms is short and broad: the company may ask, at any moment, for whatever documentation it considers necessary to determine your identity and your location, and may restrict services such as deposits and withdrawals until the process is complete.
Clause 10.5 closes the circle from the withdrawal side, listing the conditions for releasing a request: verified identity, proof that the payment method belongs to you, and the deposit's wagering requirement met.
Put the two together and the design is clear: the account works for money coming in before it is verified, and has to be verified for money to leave.
What is checked, according to the policy itself
The site's KYC policy describes the process on three fronts:
- Identity — name, date of birth, address.
- Lists — sanctions and politically-exposed-persons screening.
- Source of funds, where relevant.
And it adds two things that usually go unnoticed: there is continuous transaction monitoring, with analysis of play patterns, and there is an internal officer for money-laundering prevention, reporting to the Curaçao financial intelligence unit. In other words, the review is not a one-off event at sign-up; it is a process that carries on.

The five common reasons a review stalls
| What happens | How to avoid it |
|---|---|
| A cropped photo, or glare on the document | The whole document in frame, no flash, nothing cut off |
| Registration name different from the document | Correct the registration before sending, not after |
| An old proof of address | A recent bill or statement, in the same name as the registration |
| A payment method in somebody else's name | There is no way out: clauses 9.2 and 8.14 forbid it |
| A second account in the same home or on the same device | See the paragraph below |
The second-account rule
Clause 4.12 requires you to tell support, without delay, about any account created by you or by a close relative that shares a device, a residence, a network address or anything similar with an existing account. And it says what happens if you do not: that is treated as a deliberate attempt to get around the rule, and it leads to the accounts involved being closed. Using an account linked to another is allowed only with the company's written consent.
It applies to a couple playing in the same flat, to siblings on the same wi-fi and to any similar arrangement. The important sentence is that the obligation to tell them is yours.
The one shortcut that exists
Send the documents before you need them. The queue takes as long as it takes, but it takes that long on a day when you are not staring at a frozen balance. Whoever does this turns the first withdrawal into an ordinary withdrawal.
Three things help it pass first time: a photo ID that is legible and uncropped, a recent proof of address in the same name as the registration, and a payment method in your own name from the first deposit onwards.
When the account gets restricted
Two situations appear in the rulebook and are worth knowing about:
- Clause 10.4 allows deposits, withdrawals and play to be held during an internal
investigation, with the explicit caveat that the company may not explain the nature of it.
- Clause 5.11 of the bonus policy prevents any reward from being claimed,
rakeback included, while the account is blocked or restricted.
Neither is rare enough to ignore, and both cost money to anyone relying on the rakeback flow — bonus and rakeback.
If a number on this page no longer matches the operator's document, a correction is welcome through contact — rulebooks change, and the page changes with them.
What to do when the account simply will not open is in signing in; the rest of the money's path is in deposit and withdrawal; and the overview is in Roobet Brazil.
