Money · clause 5.5, which almost nobody quotes
Bonus and rakeback: taking one switches the other off
Roobet does not live on a welcome bonus: its engine is rakeback, in four different tempos. And there is a clause that ties the two subjects together — while a deposit bonus still has wagering outstanding, no rakeback is paid. It is the most expensive choice people make without noticing.
The clause that changes the decision
5.5 — while there is a wagering requirement outstanding from a deposit bonus, no rakeback is paid.
That turns “accept the bonus” into a comparison, not a present. On one side, a one-off amount with a wagering rule. On the other, a continuous flow that stays suspended until the wagering ends. Whoever plays a little and quickly rarely wins that trade; whoever plays high volume loses badly on it.
The calculation that decides is always the same: how long will it take me to clear the wagering, and how much rakeback would I have accumulated in that time.

The four rakebacks
| Type | When it is claimed | If it is not claimed |
|---|---|---|
| Instant | every 30 minutes | does not expire |
| Daily | once a day, resets at 00:00 UTC | the previous one is lost |
| Weekly | once a week, resets Saturday 00:00 UTC | the previous one is lost |
| Monthly | once a month, resets on the 1st | the previous one is lost |
Three details from the same chapter:
- The instant rakeback puts 50% of the available amount straight into the balance
and the other 50% into the vault, released over three days (clause 5.18).
- Daily, weekly and monthly also feed the vault — the daily one over seven days,
the other two over fourteen (clauses 5.20, 5.22 and 5.24).
- Every rakeback amount lands on the crypto side of the balance (clause 5.6).
Anyone who deposited in cash and expects to withdraw that way needs to know it beforehand, because the two sides do not convert.
The zero hour in UTC deserves attention from anyone reading this in Brazil: in Brasília time, the daily rakeback turns at 9 p.m. the previous day. Leaving the claim for “the end of the night” is the most common way to lose a whole period.
Level, vault and boost
The level runs from 1 to 30 (clause 5.4) and rises with volume wagered; refunded, voided or cancelled bets do not count. The value of three of the four rakebacks grows with the level (clause 5.3), and the instant one is excluded.
The vault is claimed periodically and pays based on the rakebacks claimed in the previous fourteen days (clause 5.14). Which means: stopping claiming for two weeks does not only lose the periods, it empties what the vault would have paid afterwards.
And there is a contract detail worth reading slowly: under clause 5.11, a blocked or restricted account claims nothing while the restriction lasts.
The other offers, one line each
Rain. An event at random intervals of 2 to 20 minutes, open to whoever is in the chat and clicks to enter (clauses 6.4 and 6.5), with a deposit in the last seven days (6.1). Clause 7.8 adds the condition that changes everything: you must have wagered US$ 250 or more in the last 48 hours, counting settled bets only.
RooSpins. They expire in seven days, and the value is lost on expiry (clause 8.3).
Offer bonus buys. Also expire in seven days, and the whole value is lost (clause 9.4).
Referrals. Up to 10% of the house's theoretical margin, with levels from 1 to 10 (clauses 13.2 and 13.3). Note the word theoretical: the commission is calculated on the margin, not on what the referred player lost.
The weekly raffle. The banner on the home page announces US$ 100,000 a week, and carries beside it the number that settles the reading: a hundred winners. A hundred thousand dollars divided among a hundred people is not a hundred-thousand-dollar prize, and the split is rarely even. The tickets come from volume wagered — which makes it a volume promotion, and the clock on the banner is part of its design, not part of your chance.
The promotion cards all follow the same grammar: the artwork takes the top half and the text sits underneath. On the first of these two, the high rungs — 30x, 1000x — come large and centred, and the low ones, which are most of the outcomes, sit small in the corner. There is nothing irregular about it; it is advertising doing what advertising does. What is worth reading is the bottom half, next to the deadline — and the deadline comes with a time zone written beside it, which is hardly ever Brasília's.
How to read any offer in one minute
This brand's rulebook does not publish a single wagering multiplier, which means it comes written into the offer itself. So the reading is always the same, and it is five numbers:
- The multiplier.
- What it applies to — the bonus alone, or bonus plus deposit.
- Each game's contribution. Slots usually count in full; tables and
high-multiplier games count much less or not at all — which is why a grid like mines is rarely the short road to clearing a wagering requirement.
- The maximum bet allowed while the wagering is active.
- The deadline.
If one of the five is missing, the offer was not written to the end — and the missing part is never the one in your favour. An example with numbers: R$ 200 of bonus with 35x wagering is R$ 7,000 staked; if the rule counts bonus plus deposit and you deposited R$ 200, it is R$ 14,000; and if the chosen game contributes 10%, it is R$ 140,000. The multiplier did not change at any point.
The bet and win ceilings that limit this kind of plan are in games and limits, and what happens to the balance afterwards is in deposit and withdrawal. The overview is in Roobet Brazil.
